New building with direct access to the Dubai Marina canal water line . They write about bad management, but it is important to understand that the building has different apartments from different managers. Some manage perfectly, some worse. We stayed in studios twice. The first time in a studio with a view of the road and construction did not like. But the building itself and the pool in it were very nice. And the second time we rented a studio with a view of the sea and Dubai eye. It was a great experience, beautiful views of the sea, always fresh on the balcony and lots of air. Advice - when choosing a property- better to book sea views apartments.

It is a very well located hotel. It is near the beach, near the Dubai Marina walk. We were very happy with our room, view and the staff. Recommend!

Brand new Building in Dubai Marina. It has studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms, Penthouses. Yes, building was long time under construction, but finally owners will get apartments soon. Building has nice facilities such as swimming pool, gym and beautiful lobby and direct access to Dubai Marina WalkI have posted more about this building in my Instagram @alex_stitsenko

The house is rented out, good location, all amenities are nearby, such as restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, beauty salons, barbershops, etc. Beautiful embankment, Marina with yachts and walking area. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. Infinity pool on the roof of the house with beautiful views of the sunset and Dubai Marina.
