Continental Tower is a 30-storey mixed-use building in Dubai Marina, Dubai.The development contains a total of 250 units.Construction began in 2011 and was completed by 2017.The project was developed by Continental Investments.The project is located on plot 392.319 (8DD).From Continental Tower it takes roughly 19 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 11 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 17 minutes to Burj Al Arab and four minutes to The Walk JBR.Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 27 minutes drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 32 minutes drive. All durations are calculated by Google Maps and assume the fastest route in typical traffic conditions.

An excellent apart-hotel for the money, in a great location and with a gorgeous view. We lived here for 7 nights in room 2304 (23rd floor). This is a room with 2 bedrooms + kitchen-living room and direct views of the yacht parking area and the Marina Mall shopping center. The room also had 2 large loggias, an ironing room and 4 toilets!! We checked in 2 hours early. The room was newly renovated and very clean. In previous reviews there were a lot of comments about the rooms, but it looks like they are being corrected)) The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The view from the room is gorgeous (see photo)!! The hotel pool is small, but with the beach an 8-minute walk away, it was not needed. A couple of minutes from the hotel there are several shops where you can easily buy everything for your stay. Please note that this is an apartment hotel!! Not a hotel!! This means no meals and no included cleaning in the rental price. If you don’t want to cook (there is a kitchen and everything you need), there are plenty of cafes and food delivery. Cleaning is ordered and paid separately, the price depends on the room. There are other options (see the last photo with the contract). Upon check-in, a deposit of 500 dirhams is taken (it was immediately registered in Booking). At the time of eviction, the deposit was returned without any problems.

Fantastic location, we took an apartment. which are up to the 20th floor... obviously its a skyscraper so if you want the rooms upstairs you have to take the rooms and not the apartment!in front there is the tram stop and a few steps away the BIG bus stop...for nightlife it is also TOP!

If you like the beautiful view of a lake and the proximity to all shops as well as the beach and the promenade, this is the place to choose for your stay.There is a supermarket at the foot of the tower, a very practical exchange office 100m away.Parking is free and the reception service is provided 24/7 and the team is very friendly and friendly.

It is very beautiful and has a great location, but the Filipino receptionist has a very, very bad attitude, especially with certain nationalities.It has a beautiful view and almost everything in it is for a fee, such as a furniture transport cart and childrens beds.Each room has separate Wi-Fi.

Not expensive compared to other options in the area. Beautiful view from the window of the marina. If you choose the cheapest room, you will have a view of the abandoned neighboring construction site.
