Continental Tower is a 30-storey mixed-use building in Dubai Marina, Dubai.The development contains a total of 250 units.Construction began in 2011 and was completed by 2017.The project was developed by Continental Investments.The project is located on plot 392.319 (8DD).From Continental Tower it takes roughly 19 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 11 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 17 minutes to Burj Al Arab and four minutes to The Walk JBR.Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 27 minutes drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 32 minutes drive. All durations are calculated by Google Maps and assume the fastest route in typical traffic conditions.

Excellent aparthotel for the money, in a great location and with a gorgeous view. We stayed here for 7 nights in room 2304 (23rd floor). This is a room with 2 bedrooms + kitchen living room and a direct view of the yacht parking and Marina Mall shopping center. The room also had 2 large loggias, an ironing room and 4 toilets!! They checked us in 2 hours early. The room had a fresh cosmetic renovation, very clean. In previous reviews there were a lot of comments about the rooms, but it seems they are being corrected)) The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The view from the room is gorgeous (see photo)!! The pool in the hotel is small, but with the beach 8 minutes walk away, it was not needed. A few minutes from the hotel there are several shops where you can easily buy everything for your stay. Please note that this is an aparthotel!! Not a hotel!! Which means no meals and no cleaning included in the rental price. If you dont want to cook (there is a kitchen and everything you need), there are a lot of cafes and food delivery. Cleaning is ordered and paid for separately, the price depends on the room. There are other options (see the last photo with the contract). Upon check-in, a deposit of 500 dirhams is taken (it was immediately written in Booking). During check-out, the deposit was returned without any problems.

Fantastic location, we took an apartment. which are up to the 20th floor ... obviously it is a skyscraper so if you want the rooms above you have to take rooms and not the apartment!in front there is the tram stop and a few steps away the BIG bus stop ...for nightlife it is also TOP!

If you like the beautiful view of a lake and the proximity to all shops as well as the beach and the promenade, this is the place to choose for your stay.There is a supermarket at the foot of the tower, a very practical exchange office 100m away.Parking is free and the reception service is provided 24/7 and the team is very friendly and friendly.

Very nice and the location is great, but the Filipino receptionist was very, very rude, especially to certain nationalities. The view is beautiful, and almost everything is available for a fee, such as a luggage cart and baby cots. Each room has its own Wi-Fi.

Not expensive compared to other options in the area. Beautiful view from the window of the marina. If you choose the cheapest room, you will have a view of the abandoned neighboring construction site.
