Great office building with stunning views over the canal. I visited there for my physiotherapy session as the center recently moved to the Court Tower building and I must say it is easier to reach than the previous location and it has good facilities.

It’s an excellent spot in Business Bay.Nice and very convenient view, especially when it comes to visit a medical center like Physiomove, the view itself will help in the healing process as well. In addition, parking is available!!

We moved recently to this new building, staff and security guard are very helpful, views are stunning towards business bay canal. Access to the visitor parking is easy.

Great location on the Dubai Canal, steps away from JW Marriott! Building is new and only a few mixed use buildings in Business Bay, ideal for professionals and executives!

Though not perfect, this building is well-built by a famous contractor. Most of it is office space, but the top eight floors are apartments. Its new, and people started moving in a few months ago, so there are some usual early problems.In 2024, they lowered the service charges and got a cheaper company to handle the cooling system. Its near the canal and offers great views of the city and the canal. Plus, its close to the metro station and Dubai Downtown.Overall, its one of the best choices around for sure.

The location is super! Nice apartments with large windows. The view is great from the windows!
