Recently got road view 1bedroom flat, we don’t hear loud music noise from festival city night club. Excellent facilities, very quiet and panoramic view of the creek from pool area. So far we haven’t heard any alarm sound at night. Nobody flooded us from top😁 thanks to God. Life is beautiful here👍

Resident here. New and modern living. Nice apartments with great view and resort style swimming pool area. Good location with restaurants just minutes away. To address the problems: Issues with plumbing were sorted. Alarm issues sorted. Sayf Club located across the water stopped operating sometimes in March 2025, therefore the noise many complained about has stopped. If the noise from the club does not come back, I would say this tower is one of the best in Creek Harbour.

1.very nice and new building with great facilities 2. very few residents and all amenities including gym and pool is not crowded 3. we like that it has coworking space with great lobby 4. very intelligent people live here 5. the management is very good and on top of everything 6. very good quality 7. nice area for kids and park across the road

I live in tower 1, the building is very well maintained, the windows are sound proof- cannot hear any noise unless I open the balcony. This place is family friendly.

Perfect location, great and very courteous staff at the pool, reception & throughout the building service on site! We would recommend it at any time and without reservation! We cannot understand the negative reviews!!! Keep it up, youre great! EMAAR very good as usual 🫶🏻

To those who write that you cant sleep because of music, I suggest you just close the windows. You came to the city, no wonder you can hear the city...Its quiet with the window closed, the building is very nice and clean.
