We stayed in the area and what a wonderful place! ✨ A luxury to be able to enjoy its views every day, its beautiful promenade and pier, its parks, the entire large restaurant area, an incredible relaxing atmosphere 💖 Multiple locations where you can take beautiful photos and where you can stop and enjoy. Both for couples and for families with children it is a delight 💯 If you are looking to visit it it is a yes, if you are looking for accommodation it is another yes and if you are looking for a residential area for your next home or investment it is another yes, with extensive expansion and construction around it. On weekends the parks are filled with families with children, baby strollers, people walking, athletes running, terraces for a drink, lunch or dinner.📌 From its pier you can take a boat to the old town of Dubai.📌 Nearby is the Dubai Festival Mall, highly recommended, with several large restaurant areas and exteriors with views as well.
