Overall experience of living in this community is amazing. Lake in front of your building gives a great look. The improvement that is required is in the maintenance field especially the lifts as this cause a lots of frustratio. -

Crescent Tower B Management.I have complain for your security.Your security behaviour Isnt Good. Today 2/5/24 night time 10:40 like. Im going crescent tower B. I take order Im working pizza hut. Then your security tell me give id. Then i give my id with him. Then he give me pass and tell me i pance it door then i return give to him. But this is her work not my all time he sit her not open door. Today i tell him i don’t pance this is your work. Then he shooting with me and too much root behaviour. Im a rider thats why he Dont respect me why😪Please management i request 🙏🙏Regarding your security behaviour andPlease take action -

I stayed here for 6 years of my life until October 2018!Now About The Crescent Tower A, B & CLocation : Good. connected to both, Al Khail Road and SMBZ Road. Little bit of traffic in the morning, otherwise fine.Building : Built & managed by Damac. Around 10 years approx. They have their set of rules for everything you do in building. These rules may change overnight, so you are advised to check with security for the latest one. Like for move-in or move-out, sale/ purchase of furniture, Calling maintenance etc.Apartments : Mostly Studios (around 500 Sqft.) and 2 BHK (around 1100 Sqft.), mostly equipped with Fridge, Cooking range and cupboards only. Fittings are not that great. Expect some minor maintenance, every now and then. A/c is Centralized from Empower.Facilities : Big Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi, Sauna, Kids Play Area, Tennis Court, small basketball court, Japanese Garden, Barbecue and dining area, A Games Room having Foosball, Snooker and Table Tennis. All these facilities are free of cost for residents. Some of them are subject to booking with reception security.Please keep in your mind that All these facilities are located in First floor of Tower B. You need to walk to tower B, If you are in Tower A or C.Car Parking : 3 levels including ground floor are for Parking. Either you get parking from the owner or you can rent from Damac. There is parking for visitors chargeable @5 Dhs per hour.Area Nearby : There is a Lake in front of the building and a Jogging Track & bicycle track around the lake. Meaisem City Center is in walking distance (less than 1 km). You can jog in to the mall literally.This area has evolved over the time. As of now this is fantastic place to live, if you ask me.Thats about it. I will be happy if somebody is benefited with this info. Thanks -

I like the swimming pool, gym and tennis court . I hated that the Sauna still out of order . good size apartments. but the rent is a bit higher than compared towers -
