    The best building and the best Management in Dubai they are always there to help their tenants with any maintenance inquiry at anytime you will approach them, the building all the time is clean as there stuff working hard to make it clean and maintained all the time.I would like to Thanks Ms Marian for her excellent professionally and her help during my last renewal for my flat, the process was easy and thanks again for the good service.

    I have been living in Crown Residence for 3 years now and I just had a very smooth experience with Ms. Marian, the Admin Executive of this Facility. The new process made me super happy, she was able to do the contract renewal remotely and i dont have to go and come to the office for the renewal. She was also very quick in all other concerns such as car parking registration, house maintenance, advisories, and all my personal favor where granted. I really appreciate their Team for doing such a great job for the Tenants.

    It’s a great place to live,. I’ve been residing here since 2020, and Ms. Marian has been incredibly helpful and polite in her communication. She has assisted me greatly with my contract renewal and has resolved all issues related to my apartment. Thank you very much for your kindness and support

    I have been living here fromLast 6years , good place toLive , amazing swimming pool and great gym.. helpful maintenance staff. However the office staff is very friendly and helpful particularly Marian - she took care of the entire process very smoothly and was very shift in responding and following up. She made sure that from the beginning of the renewalProcess she was there to guide at every step and till the time I didn’t get my ejari, she made sure I was posted about the progress. She is an amazing asset to the time group.. very well done.

    I love, its clean, safe and a good place to live. Has nice views, its by the metro. All public transportation is accessible. Has a beautiful pool, sauna, and gym facilities are available for use.
