    I loved the place. It was so homely - complete with facilities for cooking, laundry and ironing. I loved that it had a gym so I could get my workout in and a pool to play in after the long day. The staff were so nice and the neighbors as well. I could always buy groceries up till 10pm at nights that I checked because we were neighbors with the Circle Mall. In all, I hope to come back as I feel that this unit is perfect for any Dubai stay.

    Wanted to share my experience also with security to be honest hes such a nice guy and always try to help tenants moreover the negative comments are from those tenants who always try to break the rules and regulations of the building i always use to have conservation with security and some people they didnt even respect security when security inform them that its not allowed and its again the rules I saw some negative comments about security to be honest guys he is so caring and active security I love his personalitythank you

    Ive read all the reviewsAll the negative comments are wrong about building management and security.I have been living in the building from last 5 years. I havent face any problem like that.Security is always very welcoming and smiling face.The facility supervisor is also good guyIn fact i have recommended this building to many of my friends and they are living happily here

    Wow im shocked by all of this negative press on this building... I have been living here since Nov 2019, and im loving it, oh and everyone knows my dog (Jack the Corgi 🤣)First point to highlight the security and cleaners, thery are very friendly, Muhammad is a very friendly guy, havebt had any bad experience with him, not sure why others are complaing about him 🤷I live on the 4th floor, never done any pest controls nor have i seen and pests in my apartment. Not sure how the ground floor is though.I do agree its kinda noisy especially because of all of the constructions happening around the building, luckily the last empty plot is almost done so no more noisy constructions soon 🤣As for my favorite part, it will be that circle mall is literally across the street! and it has EVERYTHING, you have Nesto and Spinneys, there is a clinicincase you are sick or emergency or (incase you need some sick leaves 😜) there is a great pub and a shisha place, alot of resturants and cafes, a great gym, and a cinema opening soon. For a lazy guy like my self i cant really complain.I do agree the management are a pain to deal with, but i think the majority of the buildings have the same issue, so got to live with it.As for the AC, in summer time my AC cant go below 20, but for me and my wife thats more than enough.not sure about the other apartments.My neighbors on the 4th floor are really friendly and kind people, and the best part is they love Jack even though he barks from time to time and hes kinda loud.Overall i really like living here, not planning to leave anytime soon.

    Recently moved to the complex, seen many bad reviews about Muhammad & other management. The building is kept clean, the pool is looked after, & Muhammad and the other security/concierge are very welcoming & good people. The bad reviews are very different to our experience.

    Last year, in March 2023, we had rented a Studio from Mr Abdelrahman Fathy for couple of months when we visited Dubai to see our daughter. We had wonderful experience with each & every staff member. They were all too good specially Mr Muhammad Asjad the Security Man.Our special thanks to Mr Abdelraman Fathy for providing us more than required help & support for which we are very grateful. InshaAllah, again this year, we are planning to spend our Ramadan in Dubai. For sure, we will contact Mr Abdelrahman Fathy to see whether we can rent a studio this time also.It is a very well maintained & clean building with Circle Mall just opposite for shopping need.

    I have rented a unit in Crystal Residence from Mr. Abdelrahman for the past 2 years and had an excellent experience. The building staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Abdelrahman has taken very good care of everything I needed in the unit. Excellent location and highly recommended.

    One of the best residential building in JVC, close to circle mall and park. Very close to exit and entry from Hessa street. No traffic and crowdy in the morning and evening.

    Shocked to see negative comments about security and management... I think people who tried to break the rules of the building thats why may be management give them treat thats why they are posting negative comments I always saw security with good grooming and a very nice smile all comments are fake one of the best building for family

    Best location circle mall just right downstairs and mosque and park.I see many complaining AC issue.it’s very simple to solve just go to rooftop and water bash the filter once every quarter only takes 5 mins to do it.cuz it’s blocked by sand after some time.

    New Residential Apartments Building with Swimming Pool, Kids Play Area and Gym. Chiller Free Building in JVC. Expensive for JVC Location. If same was there in Barsha or Business Bay, The Greens then Justified.
