One of the best residential building to live in. A modern and great architectural design , just next to Palazzo Versace, with great views of Jaddaf waterfront. It will just be around 15 minutes drive to Airport and around 15 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. .

Amazingly beautiful view from upper floors. Modern and beautiful building. Versace Palazzo is right next to it. Close to Dubai international airport and Dubai Creek. Subway is only 15 minutes walk. A lot of construction is around now but in a couple of years it will be one of the most beautiful places in Dubai.

One of the best places in Dubai to live. Great location. You can go out and walk outside, go the great pool or use the amazing gym. The grocery store downstairs is also something that has bailed us out many times. New restaurant should also be up and running and looks to be as good as Maazara was.

Good place to live. Great view. A bit noisy from nearest Business Bay Crossing Bridge and the road to this D1 Tower needs a lot to be improved, nonetheless the overall experience of the building and facilities is very good.
