Capital Bay Reception is always responsive on all queries , Call centre staff is very polite , Maintenance team is decent and knowledgeable and always ensures that facilities are clean and running . Ms Gauzia at reception and Mr Ali at Security are extremely supportive towards owners and tenants. They always go extra mile to resolve any highlighted issues and definitely deserves appreciation from Damac management as well. Dealing with Loams and Damac team has been a very pleasant experience . Thanks a Lot guys!!

I moved into this building a few days ago and so far so good. The building is clean and well maintained. Theres a swimming pool and gym, among other facilities. Day and night, security at the parking gate is friendly and helpful, I recommend
