Rented an Airbnb for 4 nights. First impressions were not good as there was visible maintenance and quality issues. From the good perspective, it is conveniently located right in front of the DMCC Metro Station which is also a station for the tram. The lake view is amazing and we have a lot of restaurants. There is a park for children and good facilities. The security was helpful and gave right steps for travellers like us. Overall, 4 out of 5.

Its a good place to rent an apartment, you can have lake view. Full market is there, you can do jogging, it has baby playing area and you can enjoy your evening by just sitting there near lake.

Nice building developed by DAMAC and maintained by LOAM now! It had studio, 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed room apartment for long term rent.

There is a fitness center, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and nearby Carf Mart, and there is also a kitchen so you can cook your own meals!However, since you dont have an electric rice cooker, learn how to cook rice in a pot. lol
