Lived here for 2 years and coming back.Pros:-quiet cluster, and plenty of parking since it’s the only functioning tower in the cluster- easy access to /from SHZ, walking distance to metro- good security- generally ok Maintanance- bbq area next to the poolCons:-a lot of studio apartments- elevators are slower than other buildings -
