The property is built by German contractors with high quality materials. The views are amazing where you can see Dubai Harbour, Dubai Marina area, The Palm (with Atlantis), and on the far side you can see beautiful city scape of Dubai. On new year eve, you can see multiple fireworks from your balcony, for Atlantis fireworks, the palm fireworks, dubai golf fireworks, even Global Village fireworks! This property has direct access to marina, so very comfortable for walking or running around the area, and at night in the area, you can easily find place to hangout. Siddharta Lounge by Buddha Bar, and more hangout and prestigious dining place are just next door. -
