It has been a great experience so far. The receptionist and security have been professional and helpful with our moving in process. Our car registration for plate recognition was smooth and easy with the damac living app.The maintenance team were responsive to our requests. The minor issues were resolved within same day.Located on high floor, we can barely hear the surrounding traffic noise. The view of the canal is excellent at night. The room construction is sturdy. Common hall way area is clean. They have carried out pest control with prior email/letter to tenant.The traffic congestion in the area has been improved compared to last year (we used to live in Zada Tower which is located next to Merano Tower)Overall, we are satisfied with the service received.

Living on the 9th floor to pool side. No noise with good view.The balcony is dusty everywhere in Dubai so just need to maintain it well. I enjoy the view with my coffee every morning.

Very nice internal finishing , Italian brand appliances with full of all modern amenities. Excellent location in heart of business bay surrounded by many 5 star hotels. Breathtaking view of Arabian Sea and Dubai canal from balcony.

Very good location near metro station. You dont need a car if you work in the city. Short taxi drive from DXB airport. Nice view from the higher floors. Nice swimming pool. Underground parking very convenient.

Read the reviews and felt sorry for such bad feedbacks. Living in building almost a year, always feeling safe and mutual respect from receptionists or the security crew.Within the period of living at Merano Tower was only once fire alarm and fixing issue took max an hour (logically in such big buildings needs time to check properly as management cant control everyones behavior). Maybe im wrong, what we give is what we receive. Its securitys job to check who enters and who has right to, thats what makes place safe.Landlord of my apartment is nice, always getting support or needed help on time.Hope receptionists and security will get their chance to be respected for efford they put in everyday work 24/7 ✨️☀️
