    Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai Financial Centre , guests have easy access to the most famous tourist attractions like Dubai Mall , Burj Khalifa , The Museum of Future. The building itself its a busy hub with many restaurants , supermarkets , large swimming poll and advanced gym . Guests will find themselves in the middle of the most luxuries places to visit like Zuma , DIFC Gate Avenue, Cipriani etc .

    I salute its management for building such a beautiful tower and talking about cleanliness, the more compliments you give, the less you give, the heart is willing to sleep in the parking lot. I fell in love with this tower

    I really enjoyed dining in this place , It was super tasty . The smoked beef brisket was heavenly delicious . Also the chicken bun I will not exaggerate if I will say it’s the best in town . Jaffar & hector were super friendly and kind. Highly recommended

    Appartments located in the heart of financial center. The newly built tunnel connects it without the need of going outside. The rooms though have a curved shape towards exterior & that might have an impact on the space. The design is interesting and you have a balcony. Lower floors have empty business spaces. Generous pool but no burj view.

    Nice towers. Good smell. Lots of offices available. Apartments are sunny in a good way. Big rooms. Windows till the floor. Really good pool, BBQ place, baby pool. Has tennis court. Welcoming good lobby. Elevators with a good view. Every apartment as much as I know has a balcony safe for children( tall glass railing/barrier. Inside the apartment cant hear street noise. Good district. Very calm outside working ours. Direct connection to Gate Avenue so you dont have to go outside between towers or to go to the store.

    NiceHowever, accessing the business towers should much easier , they as me my EID then it did not worked on their system , then manually add my acsses details , then mob no., then ,,,,,,,tel finally the allow me!!I believe that there is something easier to control the access of visitors there

    Great location and design . Will be so cool once Gate Village and Brookfielld Place are completed next door. My only gripe is gym too small for two Towers and why do owners/tenants/visitors have to watch Damac videos all the time????!!!

Reach me out if you’d like to know more insights on living and doing business in Damac Park Towers.Overall it’s a great place to stay, the location is premium, facilities are great - from pool to parking. Few shops and salons are nice. However some things you’d need to find a way out to fix, - yet it’s all manageable.
