Very positively surprised! Apartment in the immediate vicinity of the center (near Burj Khalifa), easily accessible by taxi. Spacious rooms, newly furnished or very nicely cared for. Comfortable beds, large sofa, large shower and generally spacious both bathrooms. The view from the balcony is wonderful, there is also a small shop in the same building. Very satisfied!

Very well located it is easy to reach 311 or Sheique Z Rd. Walking distance to Dubai Mall max 6 to 8 min . Super close to the canal so I can do some sport and jogging.Walking distance to a sport center for my paddel and Tennis .The facilities are nice and I am happy about my long term rent choice .There is quick market just near the entrance with all what you need.

Luxurious living at its best with big swimming pools, kids pool, fountains, kids play area, BBQ area, gym, Sauna, 24 hours concierge and many other facilities. My apartment is directly facing the Dubai Canal, which is simply beautiful. This area is getting lively with lots of Coffee shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Just across the street people can take a fabulous boat ride within the Dubai canal. Most importantly, worlds most popular landmarks like Burj Al Arab (I.e. tallest building in the world), Dubai Mall, Dubai water dance are all within walking distance. I just love it.

I was here for a solid 7 days so I will give my honest review of this place since there seems to be many mixed reviews.First, I would say this building is for those who are looking for a very average simple condo.The apartment that I stayed in was a really nice small place. The hot water and air conditioner were both working perfectly fine.The gym is very simple and average it doesnt have much to offer besides the basic stuff. The pool is ice cold, I thought they said it was a heated pool, but its freezing cold. But I will say that after swimming in it for a while the cold feeling goes away.Security was really nice to me from beginning to end, so I dont know where all these security complaints are coming from. I met a few of them and they were all nice and helpful to me.The hallways of the building dont stink like people said here. I also had no issues with the people living here also.Overall, its a nice simple building that at most I feel deserves a solid 4/5 stars.

Great stay at one of the units. Nice pool at the 3rd floor.Many supermarkets in the area, but you should rather go to Choitrams, since the mini marts dont have prices on the products.15 mins walk to Dubai Mall.

I stayed 3 months here and all is wonderful…all the amenities, wonderful pool and a few steps from burj khalifa…the apartments are very new and comfortable

I booked through staycae and after reading google reviews I was expecting the apartments to be bad. Check in took a little longer but over all it was a nice stay. Very clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. Pool and gym available. 10 mins walk to dubai mall and staff friendly. Thank you

Nice place, good property and services of Damac, view of downtown and also the beautiful garden and the canal fully loaded with a premium facilities like swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna bath, steam bath, which is quite rare in the other buildings in Dubai.

Rooms are really good and clean, the view of the city is nice. But the reception is an absolute disaster and completely incompetent. So you should have a little patience and strong nerves. There is actually everything nearby: restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc
