Renovated recently and building is the best value in terms of size of the unit and affordability levelsMaintained well by damac LOAMS and one of the best apartments in residential district .Most of the units are fully furnished and amenities are renovatedGym is always operations and has very good equipmentsSwimming pool is open now after a long maintenance work .The building was initially built for hotel apartments , converted to residential , hence common areas are well decorated and looks clean and neat alwaysThere is a supermarket which is operations 24*7 .

Nice building, but it needs better maintenance. Many of us have asked for jacuzzi repairs for over 2 years on the Damac app with no response. Other Damac buildings have upgrades we dont see here. Please invest more in this place for resident comfort as soon as possible.

Quiet and clean apartment 🥰. Perfect environment to relax with no disturbance. I love the gym and pool side more .

The overall experience was nice, brand new flat got at reasonable rent. Never hand any maintenance issues so. Internet connection was an exception. Gym, pool, FM, Parking, Housekeeping was good 👍

Nice place to rent, complete amenities and security, near my workplace. public transport is now available from and to EXPO city Dubai Metro Station (red line). Internet connection already reached the building until the flats. Lulu Dubai South just opened recently so no need to travel to DIP nor DFP for major grocery purchases. Al Maya grocery will soon operate at the ground floor area of the building.

It is an amazing home! only 2 major downsides:- No services whatsoever in the area, closest grocery, shop, etc.. is at least 15-20 mins away.- No landline(internet services)
