This project location is ideal opposite to al khail mall. Its the tallest tower in whole JVC. An ideal location for investment and residence.

Reviews saying the water cuts off are not true. Lived here over six months now and water has been cut just once in all that time. With regards to construction noise, I barely hear it and I work from home! The building is nice and well maintained. Security personnel actually do their jobs. The furnishing and appliances are good quality. Rooms are generously sized Everything in life can do with improvement, but to say the building is a disappointment is a far reach, in my opinion. Compared to a lot of other buildings Ive seen in the area, this is not a bad one. I like it.

Absolutely amazing! Super clean, quiet building, bright apartments, and very responsive security/reception/maintance when needed.Great location, right by the exit to Al Khail Road. Big pool, spacious gym, good value for money.Lived here more then a year without any issues in the apartment.

Very excellent and a wonderful place. The best thing is that the air inside the apartment is strong. Once you open the doors to the balcony, the house becomes full of air. Maintenance and cleanliness are of high quality.
