Nice spacious rooms but not really clean. When we checked in, the bathroom was not really clean and the towels stains like they were stored wet and they smelled very bad. The valet was extremely nice and helpful.- Poor housekeeping, they clean the room in the morning only so if you missed it, then you have to deal with it yourself.- We noticed corrosion on the teaspoon they provided in the room as shown on the picture and NO ONE cared.- The Indian receptionist was not welcoming at all. We went to the reception to ask him for help and he was so ignorant as he was busy chatting on his phone and WhatsApp. Unlike the Egyptian girl, she was so nice to us.Overall, if you are planning to come here, make sure you bring your own stuff and check the room yourself before you sign the contract.

Damac upper crest is really peaceful place for living because i am still living here . Whole staff is so professional and skillfully , specially building Security, there is one Security i asked his name ( Ijaz Abba ) . He is really skillful person . The way of customer care , assisting, dealing , talking is really paramendous .

HonestlyIt’s a hidden gem. Only cool people live here. Singles, couples and small families. Friendly staff and occupiers. Probably still one of the few buildings that you can sun bathe/tan and not get affected by the shadows of the other buildings. It’s a semi-service hotel apartment. A in-building mini mart will soon Yes. It has its faults, but the pros waaaay out weigh the cons.

My Dubai home, which I chose for several reasons, in order of priority: good length pool for swimmers (17 m), close to work, nicely furnished, very good gym. The flat is a bit small as living area, the wardrobes are not sufficient, but the terrace is huge with fantastic views in all directions - the Creek, Burj Khalifa, Zabeel park. There is a lot of construction going on around, and the noise and dust can be annoying. But this is Dubai Downtown, after all.

Praise to Aboud ! We stayed for 5 Nights in Damac Upper Crest, Aboud was extremely helpful and assisted us very well and very kind. The 3 bed apartment is soo spacious and 10 mins walking to Dubai Mall, There are supermarkets surrounding the apartment and I also love the pool and jacuzzi. Well definitely stay here again. Thanks Aboud for your help.

Clean and has everything you need. The staff are all friendly and greet you with smiles. Hands down one of the best places I have been. So close to the Dubai mall as well

Amazing place to stay , great location , nice clean and good ambience . They a small and nice fitness center and they have a great pool and jacuzzi .The management is so bad they have a lot of interior design issues from the beginning and they wont rectify it and they make us pay for it Out of pocket .
