The apartment was wonderful and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.The view was breathtaking.The balcony was very spacious and connected to all the rooms.Garage access was very easy.Services like the supermarket and pharmacy were very close by.The pool was amazing, clean, and had a fantastic view.I highly recommend staying in this place.Considering all the available amenities, the price is excellent.It will be my ideal and permanent place to stay every time I visit this beautiful city.Many thanks to the host, Mr. Abdulaziz, for his cooperation with us.

Leaving there since 2 years and I will extend more.Location is central close to Canal for nice walks.5 min From mallBus stop just in front of the entranceSecurity is at high level only face Id registered person can acess rest they just complain and need to learn the rulesWell mantiened and the community is very young.

+ New building in business bay and very well maintained+ Affordable rate in business bay prime area but with the trade off of small house layout (suits family looking for 2BHk)+ Walkable distance to Dubai mall and Bay square+ Bus stop next to building and taxis relatively easy to get on the road which is rare in this areaMost of the negative reviews are for following and my take on it1. Security/ Reception: They are following the rules and visitor get pissed off for not making exceptions to them2. Parking: Unfortunately, no RFId reader but a security guard sits to verify and allow entry - inefficient system but not pathetic for sure as the security guard always available3. Cleanliness: Almost half of the apartments are managed by holiday home rentals due to prime location for tourist and short stay visitors. They have every right to complain about the hygiene as they are paying for it! This cleanliness is highly subjective to listing and agencies managing it and nothing to do with the building as such4. Water leakage: Didn’t face this problem personally in my apartment but as per the repair & maintenance guys, this seems to be the problem in few units in specific floors. Well, this is common across majority of the Dubai building as builders are in the race to complete the projects quickly

I have been working in this building since the handover, and I cannot be more satisfied with the work of Tanya in the front desk, Real Estate agents sometimes don’t understand the process and the rules for viewings and they complain… but if you are following the instructions everything goes smoothly specially with her, always receiving me with a nice smile and very helpful.Thank you Tanya

I recently moved and I have really positive experience.The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and has a modern design that makes it feel comfortable . The management team has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had any questions or minor issues, which have been very rare. The common areas are kept clean, and the neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near everything I need. Im surprised for those bad reviews because I was stressed about it before i moved. However everything turned right.P.S . Easy to find taxi at any time , which is really rare in Business Bay.Minus for fire alarm going on for no reason....

The residence is good with updated amneties.Tanya at the reception is very helpful.walkable distance to Dubai mall and burj Khalifa.view is amazing from the balcony.all facilities are very nearby
