Ive been here for three+ years, and in fairness, the building holds up quite well, especially compared to others nearby. Great views, plus you’ve got a tennis court, two barbecue spots, a kiddie pool, and even a public jacuzzi, and, theres one in one of the apartments too! Not too many shared apartments while I was around. The sauna, though? Never quite worked right, but the gym’s decent enough.Damac has a massive team running this place. Honestly, it feels like a lot of UAE companies are tiny compared to the crew here. The security can be overly intense at times, making it a bit of a hassle to sell or buy furniture or get a techie in for repairs. Management tends to change fairly often. Sometimes that’s for the better, other times not so much.Overall, I’d recommend staying in this building. The issues about deposits and the like that you might hear about aren’t specific to this place. You could run into that kind of hassle anywhere, to be honest. But compared to a lot of other buildings in the area, this one’s definitely better. The infrastructure is nearby, and the party scene is far enough away to keep things peaceful.

We stayed in an apartment via AirBnB. The staff are fantastic, really polite and very helpful. The facilities are good, although we only used the gym and swimming pool. The gym could do with a little TLC, but good none the less.Or apartment was on the 21st floor overlooking the marina. Although you couldnt see much of the marina, the views were impressive (thats if you like heights 😋).The location is excellent, only a few minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach.

Decent building with great facilities. Gym, pool, sauna are excellent, and are never crowded!The building is well maintained, with friendly staff.Apartment size is average. Layout is nothing special.. Boilers are normally an issue, so its worth checking with owner, whether its well maintained.Well located, giving an opportunity of avoiding traffic, which is never too bad anyway.Theres Almaya supermarket within 2 min walking distance. Direct access to the marina. 10 min to the JBR. 10 min walk to Marina Mall and Pier 7.

Excellent place to walk in Dubai. Obviously from June to the end of September you cannot visit on the street because of the heat, but the rest of the year the walks you can take around Dubai Marina are spectacular.I also suggest walking around JLT, you just have to cross the road via the subway.
