    Excellent location, convenient location of the apartment, within walking distance of the metro and bus stop, as well as shops, pharmacies, cafes and more - developed infrastructure.The apartment offers stunning views of the canal. The apartment has high-quality appliances and expensive furniture, has everything you need for life - gas stove and oven, kettle and electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer, ironing board, iron, washing machine, hair dryer , smart TV 4K, large comfortable bed, bedding, towels, vacuum cleaner, everything is new.The apartment is not large, but very cozy and beautiful, fully equipped and with everything necessary for living. The apartment is for those who prefer quality and comfort, functionality, and convenience.The building is new, there is a gorgeous swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. barbecue area next to tables with chairs, excellent gym, sauna and hammam. The apartment has a parking space in the building, which is also very convenient.Polite and friendly staff, always ready to help. I recommend!

    ZADA TOWER was amazing! I stayed there for 360 days , its very comfortable and clean. The location is beyond perfect, everything is nearby and accessible. The service is amazing, everything from the receptionists, to security guards to housekeeping. I would like to thank !. for his great service, always cleaned my room the way I wanted it to be and supplying me with a lot of services ! Thanks ! Overall amazing exprience!     Building is a great location and near to the metro station. Walking distance from all major attractions and offices. All the amenities are perfect and well maintained. Good quality, highly recommended.

    Superb building in excellent location. Well managed and looked after. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Apartment is cosy, quiet, and finishing is of good standards. Amazing view of Burj Khalifa from high floor especially at night.

All units have balcony and premium finishing.Zada tower has Gym, Swimming pool, Steam , Sauna and kids play area.All units have covered parking, lobby in the building with conceirge services.Zada tower has nice Canal view, Business Bay view and Pool view for few apartments.Its close to essential retails and public transport.

    Everything is great) convenient location, near an embankment for walks with a light waterfall! The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are only 20 minutes on foot! The territory of the complex is small but comfortable) a good heated swimming pool, a small gym, sauna, Hammam, barbecue area, what else is needed for relaxation)I read that the water pressure is bad 🤔I have never encountered such a problem.Everything is great in the apartment we rent, when we come to Dubai we always stay here as a family and are happy with everything)My son is a skater, there is a big skate park nearby!

    Excellent devices. Large clean pool. Good exercise equipment, sauna, bathhouse. There are not many people, this is a huge plus of 6 elevators per floor. 5-7 minutes to the metro. On a scooter 3. I was on vacation with my family, I liked everything. The level of the house is higher than on the beach front. BBQ and tables near the pool. Overall a blast. You can fry meat in the evening and sit by the pool at the table. Concierge and Security are polite. I dont know who didnt like it. Perhaps the downside is that the sea is not within walking distance. But considering how many beaches, yachts and places where you can just swim in Dubai, you can close your eyes to this. The footage of the devices is not large. But its cozy. 1 hip 👍

    We lived in apartment 2427 on the 24th floor. Everything was at the highest level, check-in was without problems, the key was in a coded safe, which was very helpful with early check-in. Cleanliness, silence, the apartment has everything you need for living and also a beautiful view from the balcony. 👍👍👍

    Wonderful building. For both couples and single people. Quiet, clean, apartment is cleaned once a week with linen and towels changed.Freshly renovated, modern design and furniture.

    The apartment on the 24th floor is simply super, everything for a good holiday is there. Within walking distance of Bay Avenue, with many cafes and shops. I rented it and am very pleased with the support. Thank you very much.🥳🥳🥳
