This a beautiful building, and the management team is amazing . Excellent process and customer service. The Maintaince team to be given a special appreciation.I stayed in 1bhk with 1-1/2 toilets. Chiller is free . They energy bills were minimally an avg 425 aed / m .Each flat has a assigned parking in the basement .The neighborhood is good and family only .Loads of eatery options and hospital , school , supermarkets and so on at arms distance .I highly recommend this residence -

Thank you to the building manager for his efforts in repairing all the damage in record time and his commitment to quickly operating the lyft and water, and for maintaining security and responding quickly to all residents and meeting the needs of the elderly for water and aid.Thank you very much. Everyone is cooperative, the building is clean, and the administration is committed to all the needs of the residents and moving cars. Thank you all 🙏🙏
