The building is well maintained and clean, the cleaners and maintenance personnel are very friendly and helpful.If you need help especially on repairing broken stuff in the apartment, just send message to maintenance team and immediately they are taking action. However, after Dubai municipality fix the side walk and create more parks and make community more beautiful, the parking outside the vicinity is very less, especially for families who are living having with 2 cars. Overall experience its good, and now we are entering our 3rd year. 🤜🏻🤛🏻 -
