Stayed here for 2 years now and the building and management is good. Any issues they sort it quickly. This house and locality is great for family with kids with parks around and peaceful

Nice locality. Well maintained building. Malik fixed my plumbing issue with expertise and left everything spotless. He is not only an expert in Plumbing but an all rounder who can fix any issues related to houses in Dania building. Prompt, professional, and efficient!

I live here. Got used to living here as it’s close to my working place. Every facility is close by like the hospitals, clinics, supermarkets, bus stops. The major attraction nearby is the Dubai Miracle garden and butterfly garden. The place is getting better and beautiful everyday compared to few years back. Getting costlier too!

Been living here since this area was just dust and that’s it. In just 4 years this place went from lonely to full on entertaining, there’s plenty of buildings to choose to live in but the best part is the area is filled with upper middle class so you’ll find good well maintained and good ambience in this place. It’s a nice place for someone who likes greenery with building mixture this area is still developing and at a rapid rate! In just sometime it’ll be one of the best areas it has all the major brands everyone could ask for, Gazebo, Bikanervala, Via Delhi, Pind da Dhaba, there are grocery stores which are all filled with very nice people my personal tip is loyal mini mart they are 24/7 the staff is super nice plus the free delivery and fast delivery is good.
