Moved in just recently and so far having a good impression about the building. It is quite, clean and modern.Really nice roof top area with a swimming pool. However, the gym is quite small and lacking on some cardio machines. Id say its more for a cross-fit training, so adding few more machines or at least a simple treadmill would definitely improve it a lot.

The building is really nice. I like how clean it is and the amenities offered, the management is so kind I just regret not leasing a unit with 2 bathrooms instead of 1 bathroom only.

I can comfortably say that this is one of the best buildings in Dubai in terms of design and price range. There are some questionable choices with the columns extending in the bedrooms and the living room but however what convinced me with the price range is the bathrooms - I s.. ehem, joke you not modern nice finishing European style bathrooms where you don’t feel like you’re stepping into sand covered cave of Aladdin which seems to be the norm here more often than not.Plus there’s a nice gym and pool on the top floor and hopefully soon to open Cinema Room. Also they had one of the best check-in procedures with everything being photographed even scratches on the windows - I may get overly detailed at times, considering how many times my previous landlords came up with excuses not to give my deposit back when I moved out. ie. Oooh a single grass is missing in the 300 sqm garden hence you ruined the garden. Sounds familiar? I thought so.I live there so in case anything comes up this is getting amended 😬 So yeah we need more party people - move in.
