New residential building in the middle of the desert with few residential buildings around so basically its a quiet neighbourhood.close to the rta bus stop no. c4. & just 1.4 km away from the creek metro station. you can just walk or take the bus for 2 stops in front of the metro.many vacant units at the moment, so you can still choose. pool is small but clean, gym is spacious enough with new equipments. only 1shop in the vicinity. you need to go to dfc for items which is still accessible via marine transport 2 aed. fare just near the creek metro stn. or just 10 mins drive by car.seems a nice place to live for families if youre already tired of crowded neighborhood elsewhere.
