The residential complex is good, however be careful of agents trying to sell internet service from Etisalat or du in Discovery gardens. I had a regrettable experience with one such agent (Mr Waqas) from the Thought factory LLC which is a authorized channel partner of Elisalat. He promised a part of his commission if I sign up for the service(he faked sincerity) since other Etisalat channel partners were also offering Smiles voucher or similar discounts. Upon signing up, Mr Waqas refused to pay up even after multiple follow ups. Please be careful of such sleazy agents. Or if you have no choice but to utilize services of these agents, always ask for discount/voucher upfront. -

Building No. - 184 inside Discovery Gardens is excellent and very wonderful, with a fabulous design, beautiful gardens and a pleasing view, with the availability of all vital services and facilities and the Dubai Metro station.
