Very nice clean well-managed housing apartment complex. Each building has its own 24 hours security. People here are not that noisy, pretty much quiet even during weekends night. Close to The Gardens Metro Station and Bus Stop. -

Live here for the last 4 years, no problems at all, surprisingly coz building is not very new but really no issues at all, no smell, clean, no water leakage ever , u can put your clothes to dry in the washroom or in the room and it will dry within a day. No crazy neighbors, everyone is good and respectful. The community pool is just amazing and green area. I recommend this building -

Discovery Gardens Building No. 39 is very wonderful and excellent, with an amazing design that pleases the eyes, surrounded by lush gardens and trees, and close to the metro station (The Gardens).
