Everything is an available , clean, accommodating,comfortable, safety, responsible to thier customer, near in dubai mall and its a very nice place . And also near at supermarket, fast food, gym and more.

Very good location as its connected to DM by walk through the airconditioned zabeel bridge. Views are good as well as we have the Burj & fountain facing. Only problem is the name of the building which we really hope Emaar can do something about it. Please change the name of the building to Zabeel Dubai Mall or Downtown View Dubai Mall. This is very confusing with Downtown Views 2 (with tower 1, 2 & 3). So many times. delivery and visitors go to the wrong tower. Moreover, finishings and location between downtown view 1 & downtown view 2 (tower 1,2 & 3) is not the same which can generate false reviews and leads to those who are not familiar with these buildings.#emaar#emaarproperties#downtownviews1

Great amenities, direct access to dubai mall is super convenient, and maintenance free up to 1 year is an added value. However, their security is insanely strict and has multiple times disturbed me and my guests and at one time they even called Dubai Police because my friend had parked in the wrong location by mistake ( instead of sending warnings). Another time with the security is when they interrupted my trainer who has been coming for 1 month on where is his permission rudely. They need a better training for their security teams on how to engage with guests appropriately. Lastly, the construction happening at Downtown Views I is extremely annoying and they start super early so its definitely a disappointment given the 2000$ at least per month that is paid on rent :)

Downtown view 1 is the only building of DTV Connected to Dubai mall and Zabeel Dubai Mall directly without having to exit the building. Lots of amenities including the biggest LULU hypermarket within the mall inself. One of the underrated property as not many are aware of this building.

Connected to Dubai Mall via Zabeel walkthrough (fully aircon) therés also restaurants, gym etc along the walkway. Have to find DTV 1 only as rest of Downtown views are not connected to Dubai Mall. Good for those working in DM, or DIFC. @emaar, can you please rename this building to downtown view dubai mall or something as till now, delivery still get confuse and end up in Dtv2 tower 1! Even agents has no idea what they offering 😅 #emaar

We booked for 8 nights and 9 days through Ina homes.I was worried because I had to check in early in the morning on a flight from Japan, but Ina staff member JB was waiting for me early in the morning and I was able to get into my room smoothly.Unlike a hotel, its a condominium, so its designed to be lived in, and since its still a new property, the room was clean and everything, including the washing machine and refrigerator, was new and comfortable.Cleaning was also perfect.It was very comfortable as they changed the bath towels every day.The location is very convenient as you can walk to Dubai Mall.There are no toothbrushes, bathrobes, or pajamas, so you will need to prepare them.Ina Homes has a Japanese CEO, and I felt that the staff training was excellent.There was great attention to detail.I was moved to see them working so energetically.I would definitely like to use it again.

We took a furnished apartment with a room, a living room, a bathroom and a half, and a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine, iron, table, dryer, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle, kitchen utensils, towels and bed sheets, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wonderful accommodation and connected to the Dubai Mall from the entrance side of the Dubai Mall Zabeel.
