I’ve been living here for 1 year. It’s a great building in a beautiful complex of 3 buildings that includes a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and a gym. The receptionists are very friendly, the building is clean although one of the oldest in the neighborhood. It has some of the largest layouts in the area and a great view of the creek with downtown and the Burj Khalifa in the distance. The downside: increasing rental prices ! -
