Marina Moon Tower is an excellent place to live. The building is modern, well maintained, and offers great amenities like a gym and high-speed WiFi. The location in Dubai Marina is unbeatable, with stunning views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Also the Royal Avenue area is the best area to do our works. The management and staff are always professional and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. To residence, this tower truly enhances the Dubai Marina lifestyle. Highly recommended.

I want to share my wonderful experience at Marina Moon Tower. From the moment you step into the building, youre greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and professional staff at office Daf, Mary and Hiba who truly care about residents comfort, support and attentive always.The front desk team members, particularly Kalana , deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and friendly demeanor. They handle everything from package deliveries to visitor management with remarkable efficiency and he does every work for residents.The lobby lounge attendant Jorry and his assistant Man Bahadur maintains a clean, comfortable space where residents can relax or work, adding to the buildings welcoming environment and also support to good working environment.What truly sets this residence apart is the exceptional maintenance service. The team responds promptly to any requests, usually addressing issues within hours of reporting them. Their proactive approach to building upkeep shows in the well-maintained common areas and facilities.Ive been impressed by managements continuous efforts to improve living standards. They regularly implement upgrades and new amenities based on resident feedback. While there are occasional minor issues, as expected in any residential building not just here it is happen in any part of world, the staffs quick response and professional handling make these minimal inconveniences.The combination of dedicated staff, efficient maintenance, amazing amenities like Wifi, lobby lounge, co working, movie Theatre to spend family private movie time by booking a time slot, play area with game station and many more and overall building management makes this an excellent place to live. I highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable living space with a staff that genuinely cares about its residents. I have stayed in several service apartments in Dubai over the past four years. This is by far the best. The Apartments furniture and facilities are modern and excellent. The building has a communal working space which provides a convenient working environment for those wishing to work from home. I used it daily. It would be nice if it opens at 8:00am rather than 9:30am though. Regardless, both the building and the communal working space are managed by excellent and accommodating staff. Thanks to Jory, Man, and Alia to mention few for making my stay pleasant.

The entire staff is really nice. Whenever I have a problem, I can reach out to the management team and they’ll fix it ASAP for me.They have an entire team that helps you build or install things in your new home (a new desk or a new showerhead, for example).My apartment has an amazing view and the building is very quiet.The centerpiece of the building is the 13th floor. You won’t find a better-looking co-working space, even at WeWork. It’s really big, has more than enough space and offers a great view of Dubai Marina.If I take the elevator downstairs, I’m at the promenade. I’m right in the center of Dubai Marina, just a 2-minute walk away from Dubai Marina Mall.I’m very glad I moved into this building.

One of the best tower in marina. Almost one year passed in 1202 and having great service from all staff. Very polite, kind , quick service. Tower is very clean and well maintained. Nice roof , pool and gym. Best service is floor 13th for working station.Instead of entering the JBR traffic , you do not need to pass across the bridge. Therefore there is no traffic problem around this tower. Easy access from Jebel Ali side too.We are very pleased to met with Ghofran and Klaryss. They are always very supportive.Specially thanks Niaz and Rohit too.You will never regret to live in this tower.Deniz

Very good building. One of the best for ones, who are coming to Dubai for business and want to live in a center of Dubai Marina’s life!+ 2 min from Marina mall+ completely new+ beautiful interior+ wonderful community area for the one who live here: coworking area, cinema, arcade room+ good pool and gym+ helpful and friendly stuff+ almost no traffic jams on the way to the building (usually it is big traffic jams in Marina)- community area closes early (at 10 pm)- not cheap- unstable internet sometimes

I have recently moved into Marina Moon Tower and can honestly say I have nothing but great things to say about it. From the initial contact with the on site team here I felt very comfortable. Miss Ghofrane and the whole team here were super friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process which I have really appreciated. The apartment is lovely and as I run a business I have really benefited from the in-building office which is on level 13. This has been excellent. The pool and gym are also great. I looked at loads of places in the Marina and can honestly say I am really happy to find Marina Moon.

Especially the girls in the management office, Ghofrane, Klaryss and Dafudil are always there for you and have a great attitude and really care for the tenants.* The apartments are really nice and spacious even the 1 bedroom, they have big balconies and nice breathtaking views of the marina and the Dubai skyline especially during the golden hours of sunrise and sunset.* The interior design is modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style.One of the highlights of my stay was the towers fantastic amenities.* The state-of-the-art Co-working space offers a perfect way to start your work day, or even have a meeting, with stunning marina views.*The building has a nice gym, a cinema room, and a beautiful infinity swimming pool on the top floor providing a refreshing retreat in the afternoons.* The location couldnt be better. It is conveniently situated at the Dubai Marina, a 1-minute walk to the Marina Mall, Metro station, and of course, a short walk to JBR beach, numerous restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings.* What truly sets Moon Tower apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. I have been living in this building for three months now, and I must say that I could not be more satisfied. If you want to live in Dubai Marina, this is definitely one of the best buildings in the area. Brand-new apartments, with 24/7 assistance (even on every minor issue), a workspace, theatre, cinema, arcade room, swimming pool and gym. Furthermore, the Tower is positioned in a strategic location that lets you avoid the marina traffic. Notwithstanding some initial minor hitches that can happen when a building is newly opened, Management and staff are incredibly responsive and devoted, working hard to make guests stay memorable and make them feel at home.Sincerely highly recommended.

I live in the building since April and I have to say, after I saw many buildings in Dubai, this is the best choice I could have ever make.Starting from the manager, MRs Ghofran, all the staff (receptionist, maintenance people ,cleaner, security guys) is very cooperative and friendly.If you have any kind of issue all the maintenance is inside and ready to solve it.The apartments are well equipped and brand new.The building position is just great, with direct access to the marina walk, 2 minutes by walk from the Marina mall and also it has access to the Sheik road (this allow the residents to do not get into marina crazy traffic).The building owns many facilities (private cinema, lounge and play area, gym and rooftop swimming poll). All the space are well maintained and clean.I would highly recommend it.Thanks to all staff for your amazing job and support!

I lived here for an 8 months and all in all Dubai Marina Moon is a good place to live if you are looking an apartment in Marina.The building is new and well-maintained, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - close to Mall, in the middle of Marina with good transport availability. Awesome amenities (coworking and pool - onelove!), adequate and not loud tenants.Downsides: price, low quality of finishing and furniture (but its common to Dubai in general), little bit noisy from the road.

There are so many things that can make renting your first apartment in Dubai super stressfulRealtor fees, hidden fees, chequebooks, complicated contracts - and that’s without the painful process of setting up your utilities and Wi-Fi because your apartment is NOT “all bills included”Dubai Marina Moon isn’t the best just because it’s the perfect location, has beautiful modern apartments and has the most insane facilities (roof top pool, private cinema room, high end Co-working space).It’s the best because they have eliminated ALL of the stressful parts by offering everything you need ‘in house’.You pay your security deposit and rent… and that’s it!All your bills are included, the team are in the office downstairs whenever you need them, and if you have something that needs fixing/adjusting, they are there in minutes!Not days, not hours, you send one message and someone’s knocking on your door in minutes to get it sorted.It’s like a high end hotel that you can stay in for years.Lastly, the rates in the Marina are obviously expensive but, you are living in one of the most beautiful places in the world.With that said, there are only 2 towers that I would live in. And we got our 2 bedroom corner apartment with a Marina view for the SAME PRICE as a 1 bedroom apartment with NO Marina view in the other tower.This tower, the rates, and the way the staff look after you is something that no-one else can compete with.I can’t recommend them enough.

Very good experienced from check in up to check out. They catered all the requests we have made prior to arrival. The rooms were wide and spacious and the furnitures were all new. All in all we stayed good and my family enjoyed well..The location was a plus, as it was very near in Dubai Marina Mall and in the other side we enjoyed the view with many yacht. Hope to visit there again soon when holidays come..

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Moon Tower for a potential rental and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The building exudes luxury and class, and the high level of security made me feel safe and secure. The cherry on top was my interaction with Ghofran. She was an absolute gem, her hospitality was out of this world, and she made the process of touring the building a total breeze. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies at the time, but Ghofran took my details and I am eagerly awaiting a call back. I heard about the Moon Tower from a friend of mine and I have to say, they hit the jackpot with this recommendation. I would highly recommend the Moon Tower to anyone in the market for a luxury rental.

This building is such a great find! I felt this instantly as I walked into the first apartment I was shown around and that was before I was shown around the fantastic communal work space, gym,Pool and cinema room!Miss Ghofrane and her team are super friendly, informative, and on hand to ensure you as their guest are happy.There’s a great vibe amongst Miss Ghofrane’s team, you can tell she runs smooth operation.The staff are extremely helpful and if they can’t help will try and find a solution. Not that I’ve had anything of any significance to ask for or be dealt with! But you have peace of mind that they are there to help you.The interior design of the apartments are comfortable, instantly inviting and designed well.The communal space is just amazing and look forward to WFH days…… who wouldn’t when you see the space!I cannot recommend this building and Miss Ghofrane and her team enough!

The staff at moon are absolutely amazing. Each and everyone of them are a blessing to this world.Ghofrane, Jessa & Klarys are all very special people & work extremely hard to meet everyones expectations. Outstanding hospitality and service. Some things were promised that couldnt be kept by management. Overall a good experience but had its price. sadly pool closes alread at 9:30, but a nice team and wonderful house keeping with amazing clarice and rohit. thank you all.

Oh .. what can i say about moon tower... its the prettiest and most chic n cosy places i have ever seen...The swimming pool and gymn is breath-taking...But then... the library and sit out area and the theater... and game station... is to die for.. !!!What an amazing place to be in...!!

I recommend Marina Moon, it’s a brand new tower with lots of facilities (rooftop swimming pool, coworking, gym, cinema room, etc.)The welcome is very pleasant.THANKS
