    Beautiful residence. I liked its interior and its park because It provides nice atmosphere to live a healthy life which is is important in this busy life.I like the structure of the building and the facilities with in the building area.Clinic, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant etc in the ground floor which are the added advantages.

    I love this place because the design of the building and facilities in the building like super market and health center and also have a bank. Most reason why I love this place because it has a beauty full family park on its first floor (It is provides nice atmosphere to live a healthy life which is is important in this busy life.

    Nice residential building with health club, Body & Soul. It also has a big terrace garden on the first floor with walking track of approx. 400 meters.

    Lovely apartment/commercial building. The front side of the building is fully allocated to businesses. Youll find Calicut notebook restaurant, West zone supermarket, fine fair garments, Life pharmacy etc here. Theres ample parking also available for customers to these shops and you can also use the limited RTA parking or the hourly charged parking at 5 AED per hour. The residential flats are divided into separate blocks. The building does not offer gym, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi for free for tenants. However, they have sublet the service to a private business from whom you can subscribe for a fee. Its around 1450 aed per year for single tenant and 2150 aed if youre a couple. Do contact them directly for any offers or discounts that you can avail. The building is well maintained and has security as well. Regardless of what apartment you take, you only get one parking in the building. However, you can use free parking around the building or the area besides the building. You can easily access E311 and E11 from here.
