Its a nice building with modern apartment design.Pool area on the roof is cool, you have the view of Marina and any highrise in Business Bay from the roof top with nice lights up there at night 👍🏽Its good they have the building manager living in the building and he is quite responsive.Cleaner dude is pretty hard-working. But the compound is often dirty, thanks to people who drop their dirts in open spaces where the wind can easily blow it around - cigarette butts are a menace too

It’s my 3rd year here and what makes me write a review now is that the management is giving more attention by time and a lot of improvements are done since I took my apartment here.The gym equipment renewed, lights and alarms systems has more maintenance and the building is super clear with more strictly regulations.I love the place and I’d like to recommend it specially for families.Thanks a lot Dumax team.

My husband and I were on an apartment hunt for the past 6 months and didnt like any apartment cause of the prices not matching the apartment size however when we were contacted by Mr. Irfan from prowin to see the apartment we agreed and didnt expect to instantly say yes 😁 great building sure it has some short comings like the gym equipment but all in all its a good family building.

They had been improved in a lot of aspects, new gym, affordable prices, friendly management. Highly recommended.
