I have been living in this building for almost 3 years and I can say that it’s very good overall.Positive things; Great location, nearby services, good space, good apartment layout, good finishing quality, rent prices started to be fair after COVID, the security and concierge team are nice and helpful.Negative things; no covered parking (they had plans to do it as they said but they never did and they don’t seem as they would do at all!!). The Building Management is strict and uncooperative in many situations, landlord refuses to give 2 months free for people who renew although they give for new tenants! No parking area for bikes, they tend to give short notice when they do change rules, etc. -
