Jumping in to share my feedback on the maintainence and management team of Elegance House. After the recent major storm in Dubai when our basement was inundated with water and we lost power, the team worked night and day to get the building back on track. Ive been very impressed with their dedication and commitment. On a regular basis, the maintenance and security team is very helpful and responsive. The one downside is that tenants have to pay for replacing bulbs and other fittings which wasnt the case before. Also, theyre taking time to replace the pool beds.But overall the building is well maintained with some amazing neighbours!

I love the chiller free idea. My kids love the pool games. I highly recommend it for families with kids. Security is high and management is always ready to assist. I heard a few complaints about the pool but as a resident I didn’t see anything wrong.

Affordable prices and easy access to metro station, surely this place worth living. Staff is cooperative and management is always ready to serve. I had some water pipe issue, and they made sure to resolve the issue for me within 2 hours. 5 stars with a pat on the back.

Good accessible location to metro station. walking takes 7 mins.plenty of rta parking for visitors.polite admin, security and maintenance workers. good timely response to requests.car parking shaded and underground.apartments get good sun light in.decent apartment fittings.ensuite bathrooms.decent size swimming pool and have bbq pit at roof top.have indoor squash court and gym.have etisalat and du fiber connections.uses piped gas managed and carry out maintenance and checks.nearby restaurants and mosque walking takes 5 mins.nearby outdoor playground walking takes 5 mins.

Moving to Elegance House was one of the best decisions I made.The energy is positive, the building management is responsive, and so far I have faced no issue.Really excited for the pool to be opened up which I hear is to open shortly!

Did a viewing Today and was happy with the way the team did the viewing with me, The apartments were clean and spacious, We are going to sign the lease contract this week, specially that the AC is free and its a family building only. very happy with my decision.

Moved here last Feb 2020. I have seen great improvements these past few months. The place is close by the metro and in front on the bus stop which makes it very convenient. Glad that the building is now chiller free. The security and maintenance (from the old and new management) are very helpful and accommodating.

The building has changed dramatically recently, The chiller charges became FREE and the maintenance has improved by 180 Degrees. The landlord is extremely cooperative and has been improving the building constantly.

I personally viewed one of the residential apartments and It’s excellent. I got all the assistance from their new management company (Harbor Real estate). They have an excellent team.The lobby and other amenities are great.Highly recommended.

Best one bedroom space plan in Barsha Heights. Interior with crown molding, panelled doors, modern light fixtures,. Light stone floors, bright kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and gas stove. Spacious bathroom with corner Tub. Lots of Natural Daylight. Spacious light corridors. Awesome pool! and great maintenance. Close to metro, and fast access to Sheik Zaiyad Road and Hessa Street. Friendly front desk security.

Asking me for the recommendations? Okay, my answer is Elegance House. I have been here for 6 months now and these 6 months I haven’t faced a single issue. No maintenance issues no security issues and with free chillers I am actually impressed.
