    Ive been living here for nearly a year, and the building is very nice and located in a peaceful area. The apartments are great and clean, with spacious balconies.     One of the best buildings in Sports City. Clean and well maintained. Easy access to MBZ and a bus stop within 100 mtrs. The building has all the usual amenities which are very well maintained. Highly recommended building

    Elite 1 was the 1st project si its quiet old having gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. There is mosque in ground floor.
