I would say one of the best elite resident building, if compared with all other elite residences building. View is very nice, specially towards the canal section. One benefit is one would have multiple bus options towards both production city and JVC, Motor City or ahead.

Veiw is amazing, security guards are friendly, clean building, quiet area and many services are available nearby, problem is the fire Alarm it starts randomly
