A dream place come true, where you feel welcome and pampered in every aspect. The flat is wonderful, a journey through excellence and luxury where every detail is designed to enchant and delight the senses. Spacious, comfortable and elegant, offering indescribable breathtaking views. The staff is delightful, always helpful and attentive to your every need at all times of the day. Special thanks to the very kind Khalil who does his job with care and professionalism. He was super helpful, helped us and showed us the best ways to get around, taxis, bus stops etc and fulfilled our every request. He also offered us free luggage storage. Impeccable, an unforgettable stay. Thank you from the heart ♥️

I had an amazing stay at Elite Downtown Residence! From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and luxurious. The location is perfect right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, making it super convenient for exploring the city.The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The floor to ceiling windows offered stunning city views, and the high-end appliances made everything feel premium. It truly felt like a home away from home.The amenities were top notch the infinity pool was perfect for relaxing, the gym was well-equipped, and the steam and sauna facilities added to the luxury experience. Families would also love the kids’ pool and health club. Plus, the 24/7 security made me feel completely safe and at ease.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out.Overall, Elite Downtown Residence exceeded my expectations. If youre looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well located place in Dubai, I highly recommend it! Would definitely stay here again.

From the adorable signs in the gym to the glamorous infinity pool, I’ve been properly enjoying my new place.Excellent staff and amazing responsiveness to any queries!Beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and fountains from my apartment as well 😍

The room we booked on booking was very spacious, clean in general however the sheets were not recently changed I believe. It was a little smelly and not a shape of a usual duver cover. Same as hostels use. But out of this, the location is amazing. Our room was facing the motorway so it was super noisy till morning. Make sure your room faces towards the Burj Khalifa side, not the canal side.

I recently moved into this building and I am thoroughly impressed! The management team is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I have. The building itself is well maintained and always clean. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are top notch and I love using them in a regular basis. The location of the building is very good and is easy to get around the city.

I had a wonderful experience with this building! From the initial viewing of the apartment to moving in, the process was super smooth. Mr. Ismail from the sales team took great care of me, and the management team was incredibly cooperative in ensuring that the apartment was ready to my specifications. They even helped me move my belongings into my new home. I absolutely love the view from my apartment, and Im so glad I chose to live here.

Direct passage through the neighboring residential complex is blocked- apartments overlooking the canal and the road are very noisy at night due to sports cars- low ceilings- dark glass, dark furniture, dark decoration
