    Spacious Appartments, very tidy, gym, open air pool and billiard Room is my Favorite.24 hours open Carrefour supermarket in the next building and tram just at the corner of the building.Pharmacy is also there on the ground floor which says open for 24 hours but it isn’t operating 24 hours.Good area to live in.

    Big appartement, great view. I spent nine days with childrens here and I do not regret.Kitchen, large bedrooms. Beach close, tram station, taxi, you can move easily in any direction.

    Book your room through Airbnb for great offers and nice price. We stayed at 66th floor and the view is equally amazing during day as well as night.Its like a hostel with 2 or 3 rooms with 6 or 4 beds stacked one on another. The beds are comfortable and sturdy. The housekeeping and cleaning is also great.Best part of staying here was of course the view which is splendid.Other advantagesTram is max 200 metres. Which leads to metro connecting many places in dubai.Supermarket (Carrefour) is 100 metres to buy almost all food items.Pharmacy is 50 metres.Restaurant is 200 metres (Shami restaurant)

    I have lived here for 2 years and it’s not the same level as the poor buildings such as Marina Crown, Tiger, Princess tower or Sulafa tower.If you are looking for a better management and better quality than above, visit here.

    The view from the upper floor are amazing! I stayed in their 60th floor and I get an amazing Palm Jumeirah view from the balcony. Carrefour right at ground floor and monorail station right in front! Super close to Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) aswell. Amazing!!!

    At the top hostel in Elite Residence Tower is a good budget option to stay in Dubai. But its a little far from Bur Dubai and city centre etc.

    There are a lot of bad reviews about this building. But this is an honest one as I have been staying in this building since past three years.This is a great building, the views are amazing, yes the building elevator breaks down often but what else do you expect when the elevator goes up and down 89 floors more than 500 times a day.The security and staff are not racist at all, they are sweet and follows the rule that there boss has given them. Also the way you behave with someone, the same behavior you will get back.Over all this is one of the few buildings in Marina which still feel quite new and premium.

    A very good residence tower. Very clean and secure. A pleasure to live in or to spend your holiday in one of the many holiday apartments. The only disadvantage is that the Jacuzzi is only indoor which made give 4 instead of 5 stars.

    If you are traveling alone best place to stay here., you get to meet people all around from the world. Tram and metro nearby. Dont miss parties are Barsati and zero gravity which are walkable distance from the stay. You have nice place pool area to chill out at evenings.

    Love it!! the prices are worth the quality and the amenities available such as the pool, the gym and the security is very good at the entrance as they ask for IDs if they dont know you.I would just hope they heat up the jacuzzi as it was really cold when I went there 2 times.

    Its pretty nice. Went via AirBnB. Got a sea facing 23rd floor house. Fully furnished. Really nice for families visiting Dubai. Its on expensive side, but pretty nice in the end

    Stayed here for a day in At the top hostel. Its a great place with great hosts. The view that this place offers is just out of the world. The Palm is clearly visible from here as this hostel located at the 66th floor. Highly recommend this place for solo travellers.

    The view is amazing, the facilities are perfect compared to other towers. But unfortunately Parking is so annoying, specially that u have to take another one to go to the parkings wich takes at least 10 min to leave the building.

    The 4th tallest residential tower in the world with 84 stories. On level 6 there is a large gym thats open till midnight and a games room. Level 5 are the swimming pools and Jacuzzi. Two pools indoors one for men and the other for women. The outdoor pool is unisex. There are a number of BBQs and sun decks. A life guard is generally on duty. Residents can access free WiFi on these two levels. Its a very secure building with at least two security guards on the front who also act as a concierge for residents. Parking in Marina can be troublesome and only residents can use the car park and they are specific spots and can come at a premium. For transportation there is the tram pretty much out the front. This connects to the train station at the stop called Dammac Properties. Taxis are plentiful with a few out the front waiting at most times. On the corner there is a 24hr Carrefour supermarket. Each other side of the building there are 24hr convenience stores all of which deliver. The building is opposite Baristi beach bar, it is however a private beach part of the Westin hotel. The building is very well maintained and considering the size of it is extremely quite. Apartments at the front look out to the ocean and the Palm the view is unobstructed. If you are at the back you are looking at another building thats even taller with 110 stories. The only things I mark down the building for is the surrounding area being one block from the marina its a block away from the main shops and restaurants whilst one block is not far when the temp is over 50 degrees you will agree. The other problem in general with Marina is traffic and Elite Residence entry is on a service road that is only accessible if you travel in one direction around the block. Im lucky enough to live on the 59th floor which is the first floor for the express lift to the upper floors.

    The building is good. The location is awesome as well. I recommend the place but if i have to stay in the same apartment then i will like to have a room with private washroom.

    I’ve been living here in elite residences for almost two years and I found it a very good place. But my advice to those who’re looking for a place to live in elite! Look for a higher floor like 30 and above specially from the Tram side because it’s really annoying.
