Aashu is the best employee I have met with. He is very attentive and helpful. He always assist us and make sure that we are comfortable. Happy to see him at the reception.

Would like to give a shout out to Neeraj. Have been staying here at Emaar Residences Fashion Avenue (known as Address Dubai Mall before connected to Kempinski Central Avenue Hotel) for past 5 years and since Neeraj has been at counter, have always found him to be quick, attentive, courteous, great follow up on any issue. Alwsys simlinh and I can see him coaching new staff. Certainly hope he gets promoted soon as I feel he is a great asset to the Residences. There should be more like him.

The hotel does not have a parking lot outside. In order for them to take your belongings and your car, you must park your car at the entrance, get out of the car, enter the hotel and talk to the reception so that someone will come to you outside, or above it. They give you a WhatsApp number to call the person so that this person can help you with the belongings (his work, to be honest, and I did not like it). Never!)...that is, the person who tells you to go and park again in self parking inside the mall and the parking will be lost in the first place... Then he stopped at the parking entrance of the hotel and took your things. The above is complicated, but the nice thing is that there is no reception and registration. My reservation was on 01-05-2025 to 04-05-2025..To be honest, everything was wonderful, the cleanliness was very excellent, Brother Shadi’s behavior was very satisfactory, check-in and check-out was very easy, and the security deposit was refunded with ease.Brother Shadi was responsive and responded quickly to the client.Some of the comments on Google Map are unfair regarding cleanliness and treatment, and they scared me before arriving, but to be honest, the reality is very different from some of the comments and completely satisfactory.Thank you, brother Shadi 🙏🏻Everything was excellent and beyond excellent
