I have resided in this building for 4years now, going on 5 and I have been in the UAE for 23years (an older lady now! :), but never have I felt so secure in my home. 24Hour Access Control, Security, Cleanliness maintained on all floors and the building daily, not any garbage in sight, and all issues amicably resolved soonest. Management for rental issues are really good, accommodating and flexible. I have a view open to the creek, with a balcony across my bedroom and lounge, fabulous and will not change unless I must. Highly recommend this Emerald Group, good people to deal with.

I’ve lived in this building now for almost 4 years and love living here. My 2 bedroom apartment is perfect in size and layout, the cost is decent for its location in Dubai, and I have an awesome view of the Dubai skyline. I can watch the sun rise over the creek from the guest bedroom and the sun set over the skyline from the living room and main bedroom. The team who work to keep the apartments safe, clean and maintained are amazing and so nice and helpful. If I have any issues or concerns, the building manager or the team make sure they are dealt with directly, and efficiently. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the fire alarms often going off in the building because of the smoke detectors in the kitchens. Other than that it’s a really nice place to live, it’s my home, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

The building is definitely among the best Ive seen around Jadaf, especially with the facilities, the pool, sauna, gym to keep oneself busy after work and not to mention the covered the Parking spaces.. also a host to a super market and a small restaurant just below which i hold in high regards as the nearest supermarket to this is around a 5 minute drive... the location is definitely just beside the Al khail highway and that is the most used road in Dubai at any given time... Which is a 9 min drive to the Dubai mall & a 5 min drive to the airport...The views are respectable for now as the area is quite empty ... (Which provides for a lot of free parking) having 4 cars in one house thats a real blessing... we see the Burj khalifa and the Al khail road on opposite sides which make for beautiful sunrises and sunsets, The security and staff are very hospitable and friendly so a big thumbs up 👍🏻.unfortunately i cant say the same about the manager and as a result Ive seen a number of tenants move out and have a quarrel about said person ... he seems to create unwanted issues... and not making it feel like a home... So this is why i would hold back from giving Emerald Jadaf a full 5 star badge.I hope this review can help future tenants out as you make Jadaf your home !

Well maintained building and their management is supportive and responsive.The building amenities are also well maintained and cleanOverall top notch 👍
