I have had the pleasure of living in Emerald JVC since it was first handed over, and it has undoubtedly been the best living experience Ive ever had. Despite some negative comments from tenants renting through Rocky Real Estate—who manage only a few apartments in the building—my experience with Emerald Real Estate, the primary property owner, has been exceptional.Mr. Shadab, who manages the property, is outstanding. His dedication to maintaining the buildings facilities, cleanliness, and security is remarkable. Over the past five years, maintenance services have been consistently reliable, pest control is handled monthly, and AC units are frequently serviced. The security team is available around the clock, and the building staff are always ready to help without the usual delays and formalities found with other developers.If youre looking for peace of mind and a quality living experience, I highly recommend renting through Emerald Real Estate and working with Mr. Shadab and his team directly. You wont regret it 😁

Excellent Apartment building with a great location. This has 4 Supermarkets nearby, 5 pharmacies, 4 parks. Very close to the JVC Exit to Al Khail. Castle Park is 400mts Away. The landlord has maintained the building very well.
