    Ive been renting here for a month now, and its been a great experience so far! The apartment is spacious, Both security guards are helpful specially Abdullah , The management team is responsive and friendly. I’m really happy with my choice and would definitely recommend this place to others!

    Very good building, amazed from emplacement, really good quality , bought an appartment 1 bedroom in February, the delivery was in August 2024 but all that waiting time is not wasted and the project is perfectly done, I loved it.

    I recommend this place to live. Very nice view from the roof of the building, helpful and friendly building staff. The studios in this building are decorated in good taste.Im leaving one star less because the alarm goes off almost every day and makes noise at all hours. Another disadvantage is the gas that jams regularly.
