Recently moved into the resale 2 BHK flat. Comes with decent size. Mixed community and trasparent building management. Mainly, my commute time to IBN batuta mall and discovery and gardens area shops are much quicker and all within 5 minutes radius. All delivery service available to this appartment. Discovery Metro station is just 2 mins walk and comes in handy to avoid traffic. Overall great place to stay. Green community living and good neighbours. Thanks to the strict security and the management team.

I purchased a 2 BHk in Equity Residence last February 2024. Best part, close to the Gardens and Discovery community. Walkable distance to Gardens Metro Station. Decent quality and well maintained. They should have made the kids room slightly bigger instead of the big balcony. But still meets our requirements ( bigger than eurpoean appartments). The big plus is Metro, Nearby supermarkets and restaurants, a huge Nakheel open garden is coming behind the property. Downside, Maintenance team should respond to our issues quickly. More street lights should be placed.

I get good sun light inside my flat, which was one of my important requirements becoz in the Netherlands, we miss sun. Well-maintained building, great location, Metro access is a big plus for this building, good mixed community of people, quiet neighborhood, easy access to malls and shops. Overall, a fully satisfied flat, which I call my home.

No nonsense duplex apartment with beautiful open spaces outside the apartment.The master bedroom is big and spacious but the other two.rooms are small with no attached washroom.

Beautiful building. Very good construction. The 3BHK DUPLEX units are SUPERBBB!!! The balconies are amazing. Being bang opposite a huge park at the backside is a great bonus. The best part is that the metro is a stone’s throw away distance only….with iconic developments in the vicinity, such as Etihad rail, IKEA, temples, churches, Ibn batuta mall, pavilion and brand new buildings all around, this building is a star….sure-shot great investment.
