    I am one of the tenant of Escape Tower, located in great location in business bay and the building is well maintained. Security staff are professional and full time maintenance team available in the building. Quick response from the management and we seen lot of changes after new management comes. I would recommend to stay in this building.

    After SBK took over this building we can see the cahnges. 24X7 Security and maintenance is very responsive and easy to access. The building cleaning is improved a lot.

    This building is recently took over by SBK Real Estate and they are maintaining very well. We notice the changes like more security than before. Maintenance staff available in the building and attending complaints on same day. Housekeeping team is doing excellent work, now the building is super clean. I would recommend to choose SBK Real Estate.
