The European Building at Canal Residence West is a beautiful and contemporary development in close proximity to the centre of Dubai. My friends live here and they particularly enjoy the two open-air pools and the modern gym facilities. There are shops and other amenities very close to the European Building, and most of the apartments have large balconies overlooking the canal area & a local golf course. -

Clean, helpful and friendly staff, all the lifts and public areas have hand sanitisers. The apartment I used was well lit, well equipped and spotlessly clean.The location is a short taxi ride to the main shopping and tourist areas.Would recommend highly. -

The building looks so beautiful from the outside but littlw bit old on the inside. Not a modern type from the inside set up. Location is quite far from the city and a bit quiet place. -
