Some of the largest units in Dubai! The one bedroom is 1,500 sq ft with a patio of 400 sq ft.Staff treats you like family is always accommodating and happy. The facilities are really nice - you have full access to all the hotel amenities including the pools and gym. As a resident you also receive 20% off all dining.Location couldn’t be better as West Beach is your back yard, you can walk to everything you need including the mall.

One of the best residential building in the Palm Jumeirah, with a touch of Fairmont finishings. Close to Fairmont Palm Jumeirah, Golden Mile and Nakheel Mall

This is our find! We have been living at Palm Jumeirah in South Residence for almost a month. Huge apartment 117 m2, two bathrooms, spacious dressing room, bedroom, kitchen combined with living room. View of Burj Al Arab! The polite staff is always friendly to children. Room cleaning once a week. In addition to the residence pool, you have the opportunity to use the Fairmont card and the hotel grounds - a free beach with sun loungers, a childrens play club and Fairmont pools.

Good area. The owners have their own pool available. The view is fantastic. 50 meters to private beach and beach promenade (west beach), where there are restaurants and clubs/bars (at weekends with DJs and loud music) and its great music (30+). The apartments have private parking. Access to use all Fairmont 6 pools, fitness center and their beach area and bar can be purchased. Free beach towels. 14 min by taxi to Marina. With Hala Taxi it costs 40-50 Dirhams. I would like to visit the place again. If you rent a car, be aware of traffic chaos at Fairmont, especially in the evening. Everyone wants to go to West Beach.
