Good building, better built in all Deyaar buidlings on Marasi Drive. Good views of Burj Khalifah. Management is also pretty good. Only issue is that thet dont have a lay by parking to drop off passengers or taxis to stop. Rest is all fine. There is visitors parking available inside building on basement floor and also a huge RTA parking is just beside the building. -

Located on the water canal . Supermarket , Barbershop at the building . Variety of cafes and restaurants nearby . Pharmacy , laundry ,… at footstep . Outdoor pool overlooking downtown and burj khalifa . -
