Its a nicely managed building, with stunning views. Dont buy if you are not an emirates ID holder, the UAE legal system will not be accessible for any issues. And even if you buy and try to rent, never rent to airhostesses, especially from Emirates Airlines. I had one who lived for one year, did not pay rent and used the strange legal system shamelessly to deny me my right.
